Embark at Alpharetta is looking for an Enrollment Director who align with our mission of reducing adolescent and young adult anxiety, depression and suicide to join our OP, IOP and PHP clinic in Atlanta, Georgia. What would you do: The Enrollment Director represents the program to parents/guardians, referents prior treatment providers, etc. This position is highly interactive and serves as a critical link between these various entities. Ensure that the admission processes are completed withing the designated time and all documentation is professionally presented. The enrollment director may also provide direct services for group, individual and family therapy, and may be responsible for carrying a small clinical caseload in addition to their admission responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Learn and maintain Embark culture and program norms and live these standards consistently.
• Meet treatment standards through implementation of required notes and MTP standard requirements.
• Schedule intake assessments within 24 hours of warm handoff from admissions support team.
• Complete all admissions within 72 hours of warm handoff from admissions support team.
• 100% of Clinical documentation is complete within 24 hours of sessions.

Qualifications

• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LSCW) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or equivalent and must be licensed in the state of GA.
• A desire to facilitate client growth through a team approach, working with other care providers.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Flexibility in a fast-growing, ever-changing environment.
• Ability to pass a state background check.
