Position Summary: The Dispatcher is a front-line operation and customer service position responsible for coordinating, scheduling and dispatching haul requests of our water and condensate to contract haulers. This position must ensure a high level of customer satisfaction, productivity, and efficiency. This position also includes a large amount of data entry.

Responsibilities:

• Transfer data from paper formats into Field Operator
• Create spreadsheets with large numbers of figures without mistakes
• Verify data by comparing it to field tickers, paper copies and digital copies
• Update existing data
• Retrieve data from Field Operator or electronic/paper files as requested
• Sort and organize tickets after entering data to ensure it is not lost

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2 years of oil and gas industry experience preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
