Employee Health Services Manager is responsible for managing the employee health service functions of the organization. Administers healthcare program operations and supervises subordinate staff. Being an Employee Health Services Manager ensures that all medical records are kept in a manner compliant with appropriate policies and procedures. May be responsible for administering employee physicals, injury related diagnoses, or other types of referrals according to OSHA regulations. Additionally, Employee Health Services Manager may provide consultation regarding workers' compensation, infection control or other employee health related issues. Responsibilities:
Assist brokers in preparing and issuing insurance quotes for small business clients.
Utilize Excel spreadsheets to organize and analyze data related to insurance policies and pricing.
Collaborate with brokers to assess client needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
Communicate with insurance carriers to obtain quotes.
Maintain accurate records of quotes, policies, and client interactions in our CRM system. Organization is key!

Requirements:
Proficiency in using various software and MS Office Suite is essential, with a heavy emphasis on Microsoft Excel.
