Employee Health Services Manager is responsible for managing the employee health service functions of the organization. Administers healthcare program operations and supervises subordinate staff. Being an Employee Health Services Manager ensures that all medical records are kept in a manner compliant with appropriate policies and procedures. May be responsible for administering employee physicals, injury related diagnoses, or other types of referrals according to OSHA regulations. Additionally, Employee Health Services Manager may provide consultation regarding workers' compensation, infection control or other employee health related issues. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director or head of a unit/department. Typically requires a registered nurse. The Employee Health Services Manager typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments. Responsibilities:
Assist brokers in preparing and issuing insurance quotes for small business clients.
Utilize Excel spreadsheets to organize and analyze data related to insurance policies and pricing.
Collaborate with brokers to assess client needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
Communicate with insurance carriers to obtain quotes.
Maintain accurate records of quotes, policies, and client interactions in our CRM system. Organization is key!
This job is entry level with plenty of opportunities!
Requirements:
Proficiency in using various software and MS Office Suite is essential, with a heavy emphasis on Microsoft Excel.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills are a must. You'll be part of our incredible team, after all!
