Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Dining Room Manager to oversee the daily operations of our dining establishment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and excellent customer service skills.

Duties:

- Manage dining room staff and coordinate their activities
- Ensure exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction
- Oversee dining room setup, including table arrangements and cleanliness
- Handle reservations, special events, and private dining functions
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Train new employees on service standards and procedures
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless food service
- Address customer inquiries, comments, and concerns promptly

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in food service management or a related role
- Proficiency in banquet operations, cash handling, bartending, and POS systems
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team
- Knowledge of kitchen management, shift management, and catering practices
- Experience in interviewing and training staff members
- Preferred: Background as an assistant manager in a restaurant setting
