Job Description:
The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing our digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including Amazon, Google, social media, and email. This role involves developing comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and boost sales. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker, data-driven, and has a strong understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques.
Key Responsibilities: Amazon and Paid Advertising:
- Oversee and manage Amazon advertising campaigns, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display.
- Run and optimize Google AdWords and Google Shopping campaigns to maximize ROI and drive traffic to our e-commerce sites.
- Monitor Amazon deals, promotions, and coupons, ensuring they align with marketing strategies and sales goals.
Social Media and Content Management:
- Develop and manage social media marketing strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and others to enhance brand presence and engagement.
- Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, lifestyle photos, videos, etc.) that aligns with brand voice and strategy.
- Collaborate with graphic designers and content creators to produce high-quality visual content.
Email Marketing:
- Develop and execute effective email marketing campaigns aimed at customer retention, engagement, and conversion.
- Segment email lists based on behaviors like past email engagement and website interactions.
SEO and Website Management:
- Maintain and update company websites to ensure content is current, accurate, and engaging.
- Use SEMRush and other SEO tools to monitor and improve website health, including fixing errors, broken links, and other issues.
- Conduct keyword rank tracking and optimization to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic.
- Manage Google Merchant Center to ensure product listings are up to date and compliant with Google Shopping policies.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Analyze campaign performance across all platforms and provide actionable insights to improve marketing effectiveness.
- Prepare regular reports on key metrics to track performance, identify trends, and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree(or 5 years experience) in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in digital marketing, including Amazon advertising, Google AdWords, SEO, and social media marketing.
- Proven track record of managing and optimizing successful digital marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of SEO tools like SEMRush and Google Analytics.
- Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo).
- Proficiency in Google Merchant Center and managing product feeds.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in e-commerce, particularly in the shoe care or leather care industry.
- Knowledge of content management systems (CMS) and basic HTML/CSS skills.
- Familiarity with A/B testing and data analytics to drive marketing decisions.
