RED Content Studio, a woman-run photography and content creation agency, is looking for a creative, organized, and hands-on Social Media & Content Creation Assistant to join our team part-time. If you are passionate about social media trends, content creation, and photography, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and post regularly on social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.)
- Develop and execute creative social media strategies to increase brand visibility
- Engage with clients through email and social media
- Participate in administrative duties such as schedule meetings, creating documents, etc.
- Assist with in-person photoshoots, weddings, and other events
- Organize and maintain content libraries for photo and video assets
- Support day-to-day business operations as needed
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of current social media trends and algorithms
- Experience with content creation (photography, videography, editing)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to assist at shoots/events on weekends or evenings
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with photography and editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Lightroom and/or CapCut and other iPhone software)
- Love for social media trends & ability to adapt trends for our business in real time
- Prior experience in social media management or content creation

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 15 per week

Experience:
- Social media marketing: 1 year (Preferred)
- Content creation: 1 year (Preferred)
Ability to Relocate:
- Nashua, NH 03062: Relocate before starting work (Preferred)
