** Job Summary **

We are seeking a dedicated Dental Receptionist/Dental Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dental office by providing exceptional patient service and administrative support.

** Hours **

We are looking for a part time receptionist/dental assistant on Thurs, Fri, and Sat. Can transition into full time later on. We are willing to offer benefits to the right person.

** Duties **

• Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
• Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries
• Verify insurance information
• Maintain electronic health records using our software
• Assist with front desk tasks and ensure the waiting area is tidy
• Collaborate with the dental team to ensure efficient patient flow
• Assist the doctor during treatments

** Qualifications **

• Previous experience in a dental or medical office setting preferred
• Proficiency in using office software and phone systems
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of dental administrative procedures and terminology

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $22.00 - $23.27 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
