Ideal Auto is currently hiring a friendly and professional individual to join our team as a Car Dealer Front Desk Receptionist.

As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors to our dealership.

In addition to greeting and assisting customers, you will also handle incoming phone calls, schedule appointments, and perform various administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and friendly manner
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls
• Provide information and assistance to customers regarding our vehicles and dealership
• Schedule appointments for our sales team
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area
• Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and scanning documents
• Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned
