Being a DEALER handles player transactions, notifies pit supervisor of any irregularities or disputes that may arise during the game. Accepts bets, pays winners and collects from non-winners. Additionally, DEALER may require a high school diploma or its equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The DEALER may require 0-1 year of general work experience. Qualifications :
Minimum of 2 yearsexperience as a Craps Dealer in a casino environment
Strong knowledge of craps rules procedures andstrategies
Excellent math skills and ability tohandle cash and chips accurately
Outstandingcustomer service and communication skills
Ability to work in a fastpaced and highpressureenvironment
Flexibility to work various shiftsincluding evenings weekends and holidays
Mustbe able to pass a background check and obtain necessary gaminglicenses
Previous experience on a cruise shipis a plus but not required
