What will your day look like? As a Data Analyst & Report Developer, you will:

• Facilitate end-to-end report development, guiding projects from conceptualization to live deployment.
• Oversee the entire lifecycle of Power BI report projects, ensuring seamless progression from requirements gathering to final delivery.
• Serve as a dependable consultant for Business Stakeholders, offering expert advice and insights.
• Transparently communicate project timelines and deliverables to all stakeholders.
• Conduct thorough assessments of existing reports (SSRS and Power BI) to streamline and consolidate where possible.
• Spearhead the establishment and enforcement of reporting standards and optimal data management practices.
• Champion the implementation of analytic solutions within an Agile Framework for efficient project execution.
• Promote and uphold data excellence throughout the organization, advocating for best practices.
• Provide comprehensive training sessions for end-users and power users on Power BI functionality and effective report usage.
• Foster widespread adoption of Power BI tools across the organization, driving increased efficiency and data-driven decision-making.

You will be a good fit as a Data Analyst & Report Developer if you:

• Hold a Bachelor's degree in computer science, mathematics, business, or a related field.
• Demonstrate 3-5 years of proficient use of SQL for resolving business challenges.
• Exhibit 3-5 years of progressive advancement in business intelligence and/or information management.
• Possess over 3 years of hands-on experience in crafting data visualizations and implementing impactful solutions, including administrative tasks across multi-environment infrastructures.
• Offer more than 3 years of client-facing technical expertise.
• Bring over 3 years of professional engagement as a Power BI Development/Analytics Engineer.
• Showcase a track record of developing enterprise-level reports using Power BI and SSRS.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, adept at defining User Stories, Features, and Epics.
• Proficient in data handling techniques, report/scorecard creation, and visualization strategies to convey comprehensive narratives.
• Acquainted with Data Governance principles and master/reference data management.
• Skilled in defining, capturing, and documenting business requirements.
• Experience in financial reporting is advantageous.
• Capable of defining relevant metrics that guide stakeholders towards accurate insights.
• Possess strong collaboration skills, effectively partnering across all organizational levels.
• Able to manage dynamic environments with competing priorities, ensuring successful project delivery.
• Experienced in testing and data validation during implementation phases.
