Description:
As a Customer Success Executive, you will help manage employer relationships from launch through contract renewal. You will drive product adoption and engagement, and over time client retention and growth. You partner closely with HR executives and business leaders, serving as product expert, strategic consultant, and wellness champion.
This role reports to executive leadership. Ideal candidates have prior experience in driving success with client relationships, and are comfortable analyzing data and using it to make strategic and consultative recommendations. We're looking for someone that has a passion for impacting people’s lives in a positive way.
Responsibilities:
- Cultivates strong relationships with key clients and internal & external partners to deliver advanced quality service
- Consults with clients and other partners to identify opportunities to enhance the Wellness Coach service experience within the customer’s organization
- Maintains an advanced working knowledge of Wellness Coach products, as well as industry practices and procedures
- Deliver the highest level of client satisfaction for client base while ensuring annual contract renewal and growth
- Ensure that all client contractual obligations are being met while communicating any contractual risks to appropriate Wellness Coach team
- Effectively communicate product roadmap and engagement solutions to clients with passion and excitement
- Work with marketing to develop promotions and competitions for each assigned account to positively influence program participation and engagement
- Responds to and resolves routine client requests and questions
Requirements:
- Excellent interpersonal and writing skills
- BA degree coupled with 5 or more years of experience in account management or related customer service position. A plus if experience was selling to HR leaders or clients within the B2B tech, learning & development, and/or employer benefit space
- Strong organizational skills and detail orientation
- A high level of professionalism and positive work behavior
- Self-directed and proven ability to work independently
- Knowledge of HubSpot preferred
- A sincere interest in and empathy for your customers and co-workers
- Passion for our mission and understanding of the healthcare/benefits space
