- Process customer orders and inquiries via email, phone, and our ecommerce platforms.

- Prepare and follow up on quotes and invoices.

- Assist with picking, packing, and shipping tasks for local inventory.

- Collaborate in the development of vendor purchase orders for inventory and dropship items.

- Support in refining operational processes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

- Participate actively in team meetings and continuous learning opportunities.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Strong organizational and time management skills.

- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

- Basic knowledge of ecommerce and retail operations.

- Capability to perform physical tasks, including frequently lifting boxes weighing 25-50lbs and occasionally more than 50lbs.
