Customer service representative, engage with customers on behalf of company. Daily duties include answering phone call and emails, and greeting customers. Quoting and coordinating jobs with customers and field technicians. Complete daily filing, billing, order permits, inspections, and process daily paperwork. Must be dependable, organized and have excellent customer service skills. Need to be willing and able to learn and maintain knowledge about company products and services to assist customers efficiently. Bookkeeping, construction &/or trucking industry knowledge helpful. Must have excellent typing, math, and computer skills, knowledge in word, excel, office, and power point. Part time to start could work into full time position.
