**Overview:**

We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our custom cabinet team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all administrative tasks.

**Duties:**

- Communicate effectively with staff and clients to ensure smooth operations

- Organize and manage office schedules and appointments

- Handle payroll processing and maintain accurate records

- Manage vendor relationships and procurement processes

- Coordinate calendar schedules for meetings and events

- Implement and maintain office management procedures

- Perform clerical duties as needed

- Develop training programs for office staff

**Qualifications:**

-Experienced in using Quickbooks Desktop

- Proven experience in office management roles

- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

- Proficiency in schedule management and payroll processing

- Experience in vendor management and procurement processes

- Excellent calendar management abilities

- Effective communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
