Creative Manager is responsible for managing all phases of creative development work from concept to completion. Oversees the creation of art, photo, copy, and layout for creative projects. Being a Creative Manager implements policies and standards that reinforce the organization's branding strategy and quality goals. Manages and develops a team of designers, copywriters, project managers and vendors. Additionally, Creative Manager leads the development of creative briefs and utilizes design methodologies that meet the business objectives and timelines of the organization and stakeholders. Evaluates and adopts the most effective tools and techniques across all media. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Creative Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Creative Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required.   • Job Summary

    The marketing account manager acts as the main client liaison and ensures that projects are on time, within scope and achieve the strategic brand objectives. This position partners with an account coordinator and helps plan, coordinate and implement marketing plans and oversees creative teams who are executing projects. In addition, this position is responsible for developing new opportunities for existing partners and clients. Marketing account managers/coordinators must have strong product knowledge and interpersonal skills, as they will be interacting with clients. They also must be good at anticipating clients’ needs and analyzing trends for future opportunities.

    Account Management/Coordination:

    General:

    • Works consistently on all accounts to ensure a comprehensive and cohesive experience from start to finish
    • Reviews creative content, material and final products for errors, missing information and best quality
    • Ensures all work aligns with client marketing strategies and project goals
    • Works with the Director of Revenue and Admin to ensure invoice needs are met
    • When needed, produces and directs video shoots on location or in studio by interviewing subjects and advising on-shot selections with the photo video creatives
    • Performs other related duties as assigned or requested depending on the needs of JCW and its clients
    • Assists in quality control by proofing and utilizing spell check through Grammarly Business on work before submission
    • Balances competing priorities and multiple projects while meeting strict deadlines.
    • Remains consistent in communication through ALL communication platforms including but not limited to: 8x8, Google, Microsoft, Wrike, etc
    • Works with other Account Managers as a team to complete and balance out all projects on client accounts
    • Attends and is fully prepared for all Weekly Account Management trainings/meetings

    Account Management/Coordination Improvement:

    • Audits all processes, recommends process improvements, assists with implementation of changes to processes
    • Train or take training courses to improve knowledge on Account Management
    • Consistently researches and learns latest trends and best practices of marketing

    Proposals and Quotes:

    • Works with other managerial team members to build all proposals and quotes. Verifies that all proposals and quotes are accurate with scope of work, budget, and timeline.
    • Reviews and approves all proposals and recommends scope of work based on information learned/provided from all clients and potential clients
    • Works with other managerial team members to schedule a next step meeting with potential clients and current clients where all proposals and quotes are reviewed
    • Works with other managerial team members to deliver the pitch for all proposals and quotes
    • Continuously gives recommendations on JCW Creative’s proposals in Proposify to show accurate information
    • Works with all clients to understand the clients goals and objectives as it relates to all marketing efforts
    • Checks in with clients routinely on their marketing plans, projects, and overall performance.
    • Schedules and coordinates the client discovery meeting and aligns with the creative team to determine attendance of discovery meeting
    • Anticipates and coordinates client collateral needs
    • Creates, updates, presents and implements marketing execution plans on all client accounts
    • Presents clients with results from data audits
    • Reviews performance of all campaign/efforts with clients
    • Recommends updates and additions to clients websites
    • Attends client scheduled meetings fully prepared with a prepped agenda and deliverables to present to the clients
    • Responds to all client inquiries in a timely manner

    Client Management:

    • Works with all clients to understand the clients goals and objectives as it relates to all marketing efforts
    • Checks in with clients routinely on their marketing plans, projects, and overall performance.
    • Schedules and coordinates the client discovery meeting and aligns with the creative team to determine attendance of discovery meeting

    • Works with all JCW Creative team members to accomplish all goals of client accounts
    • Assists in training new account managers/coordinators
    • Briefs the team on new clients, new client projects, and goals.
    • Works closely with team members to develop ideas and assets that are consistent with the overall strategic goals on client accounts
    • Works with team members to brainstorm, create, review, all client work

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
