Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Contracts Administrator to join our team, reporting to our CFO, with direct interaction with our deal desk. The ideal candidate will have a (JD) degree or paralegal degree, with a transactional focus (not litigation), and/or 5 years experience managing a high volume of customer and vendor contracts. This role requires leveraging leading contract management technology to ensure efficient and effective contract management processes. The successful candidate will work closely with Finance, Sales, Compliance and Legal supporting all aspects of the Company’s contracting and transactional process, both inbound (Company’s procurement of products and services) and outbound (revenue producing sales to customers).

Salary Range: $90,000 - $130,000 / annually
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. Pay is based on several factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
