Job Description
Responsible for managing the indirect loan contract process by verifying dealer contracts are in compliance with State and Federal guidelines and the bank's lending policy.
Disburse contract proceeds and calculate dealer reserves.
Timely and accurately file Notice of Liens with MO DMV and other State DMV offices to ensure perfection of collateral.
Accurately Image documents of new loans, titles, insurance and other documents into Accu Systems. Responsible for tracking unfunded contracts and working with the officer and dealership to resolve any issues.
Decision Pro liaison between dealers and officers to ensure loan applications are received and processed which also includes accurately inputting faxed loan applications into Decision Pro for officer to review and decision.
Set up new dealerships by completing and obtaining the required documentation along with retention in compliance with the Holding Company and Regulation guidelines.
Provide prompt, courteous and excellent service to internal and external customers at all times. This includes Proved prompt, courteous and excellent service to internal and external customers at all times.
This includes an obligation to actively cooperate and interact with other departments and facilities to advance the overall interest of the bank.
Support loan staff in the completion of loan operation duties in times of absence or unusual activity which includes the ability to accept and process payments and advances.
Operate multi-line phone system. Answer inquiries regarding balances, payoffs, payment histories, etc., on the commercial, installment and Cash Reserve system.
Take messages as necessary using e-mail or other message taking system.
Perform audits on files coding and management request / projects. Draft correspondence as needed. Work closely with the Lending officers and perform additional assignments for them.
Contribute to the effort of the Bank by performing other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Knowledge, skill and mental development equivalent to the completion of a high school education. Strong verbal communication skills as evidenced by the ability to interact over the telephone and in person with customers, co-workers, and loan officers.
Demonstrated ability to use discretion, tact and diplomacy when dealing with customers and co-workers, and a professional personal appearance and attitude at all times.
