POSITION SCOPE
Scherrer Construction’s Eagle River, WI office is looking for an Administrative Assistant dedicated to supporting the growing North Woods division. Administrative Assistant to ensure the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of our office. This position will be responsible for performing a variety of office administrative tasks and provide basic support to our project management, estimating and design teams throughout various phases of construction projects. This position has great upward mobility potential for professional growth and development. Some responsibilities will include:
RESPONSIBILITIES
· Answer and direct phone calls, greet visitors and perform front desk receptionist duties
· Assist with business requests and queries which include correspondence, scheduling and meeting needs
· Collect, distribute, and post daily mail and express mail, and route invoices
· Perform basic filing and maintain filing system both digital and paper
· Maintain inventory and order office supplies
· Become familiar with office equipment and phone system and act as point of contact
· Perform errands and assist marketing personnel with routine activities and special events
· Responsible for coordinating, organizing, tracking, updating and/or expediting the flow of information, files, drawings, permits, materials, and correspondence
· Establish solid relationships with subs/vendors and communicate effectively with clients and co-workers
· Schedule, attend, and take minutes at key project meetings
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
