Concrete and Terrazzo Finisher creates, smoothes, and finishes surfaces of poured concrete floors, walls, sidewalks, or curbs. Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent and 2-4 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Being a Concrete and Terrazzo Finisher is familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Additionally, Concrete and Terrazzo Finisher performs a variety of tasks. Works under general supervision. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required. Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled, values driven Concrete Finisher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in concrete finishing, decorative concrete and stamped concrete. We are looking for a Leader who finds fulfillment passing on their skills to others, with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.

Responsibilities:
- Perform and Lead concrete finishing tasks such as smoothing, leveling, and finishing freshly poured concrete
- Utilize various tools including trowels, floats, and screeds to achieve desired finishes
- Repair, resurface, and replace damaged concrete surfaces
- Follow blueprints or verbal instructions to determine job specifications
- Ensure work is completed efficiently and meets quality standards
Experience:
The ideal candidate should possess experience in the following areas:
-Decorative & Stamped Concrete
-Residential Concrete: Driveways, Patio, Pool Surrounds
-Concrete forming
- Hardscape construction
- Operation of heavy equipment

Pay: $32.00 - $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
