Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a CNC Machinist / CAM Programmer. As a CNC Machinist / CAM Programmer, your day-to-day tasks will include operating and programming machines, machining and milling parts, ensuring quality control, and maintaining and troubleshooting machinery. You will also collaborate with the team to optimize manufacturing processes and contribute to the overall efficiency of the production line.

Qualifications

• Machine Operation, Machining, and Milling skills of 3 and 5-axis machines
• Knowledge and experience in quality control processes
• Ability to operate and troubleshoot machinery
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Experience with CAM programming software
• Possess a mindset of Safe Excellence
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Prior experience in the aerospace or defense industries is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; Technical degree or certification in machining or related field is preferred
