Intake Specialist/Community Relations Coordinator

Our law firm is seeking a dedicated Intake Specialist/Community Relations Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for turning phone calls and social media inquiries into consultations, managing social media platforms for the firm, and coordinating community relations activities.
Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and courteously to phone calls and social media inquiries, converting them into consultations.
- Manage the firm's social media presence, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement.
- Coordinate community relations activities, such as outreach events, sponsorships, and partnerships.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed to support the firm's operations.
Qualifications:
- Customer service-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and build positive relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Knowledge of social media marketing principles and platforms.
- Experience in the legal field is preferred but not required.
