Being a Community Development Representative develops an understanding of public programs and community needs to ensure effective community outreach and support development. Represents the institution within the community and is a resource for information about products and services that are available. Additionally, Community Development Representative adheres to all operational procedures and complies with Community Reinvestment Act and other regulations. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Community Development Representative occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. The world’s largest private discount and loyalty network has immediate opportunities for Part-Time Call Confirmations Representatives working flexible hours between 7:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.

Mission of the Role: Call Confirmers serve to ensure world class service for those that book travel accommodations through our platform for our members and organizations. This role plays a vital part in creating member loyalty and driving usage of Access discounts and websites.
Generally, this is a work at home position, but can also be in the office. Minimum 4 hours per day, 20 per week and is classified as a regular part time position. Must be based in Utah and complete in office training.
Job Responsibilities:- Calls out to hotels that have been booked by members to confirm that the reservation is there and that there are indications of prepayment, confirms room type for special reservations.
- If the hotel won’t allow confirmation due to policy, creates a case in Salesforce.
- If the hotel doesn’t see the reservation of prepay, creates a case in Salesforce.
- If there is any indication of a problem from the hotel, creates a case in Salesforce.
- Coordinate with other call confirmers and supervisors to confirm daily call log.
Qualifications:- High school diploma, or equivalent required; college education preferred.
- 6 months experience in customer service preferred.
- Demonstrable problem solving skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and the Internet required; experience using databases and web-based CRM applications a plus.
- Strong telephone, written and verbal communication skills.
- History of building strong relationships with clients/customers on the telephone is preferred.
- Understanding of loyalty programs a big plus.
