Communications Representative jobs in Pennsylvania

Key Responsibilities / Duties :

Utilize cold calls, emails, marketing outreach, and other prospecting tools (such as Salesloft) to generate new sales opportunities.

Enthusiastically make 75-125 calls per day to Meriplex’s qualified targets.

Identify the needs of prospects and suggest appropriate products or services.

Build trust with prospects and help qualify leads as sales opportunities.

Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and our sales representatives.

Report to BDM with weekly, monthly, and quarterly results.

Provide support to sales representatives in their day-to-day operations.

Other duties as assigned by their BDM and Sales Operations management.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Behaviors :

Highly motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Ability to deal with changing priorities to complete tasks in a short period of time.

Able to work with people of different personalities and temperaments, maintaining focus on customer satisfaction, company goals and moving towards successful completion.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, Visio, Word, PowerPoint.

Education / Experience :

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications or similar field preferred but not required.

2 years of sales experience preferred.

Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to produce solutions on the fly.

Experience making cold calls and communicating professionally over the phone.

Experience with managing marketing outreach.

Experience with IT Managed Service Providers (MSP) and Products is preferred.

Strong desire to move up in within a sales organization.

Physical Demands :

Sedentary Work Exerts up to 10 pounds of force occasionally, a negligible amount of force frequently, and / or constantly having to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body.

Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time.
