The Commercial Loan Processor calculates and processes payoffs, and releases titles and insurance interest. Processes loan payments and applies funds to customer accounts. Being a Commercial Loan Processor responds to customer inquiries and requests for net payoff quotes. Calculates and prepares refunds for customers that submit overpayments. In addition, Commercial Loan Processor may require an associate's degree or its equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. Being a Commercial Loan Processor gains or has attained full proficiency in a specific area of discipline. Works under moderate supervision. Responsibilities: Develops loan applications by evaluating applicant information and documentation. Build relationships with local and national referral sources from our leads and yours. Prospecting and maintaining dialogues with sponsor groups, financial intermediaries, Bank Loan Officers, businesses, accountants, attorneys and other centers of influence. Develop and maintain a direct calling database of prospects.
Qualifications
Requirements (Must have one or more proven time frames):
Limited Commercial Real Estate originations experience (Minimum 1 Year)
Commercial loan Credit Analyst (Minimum 1 Year)
Commercial loan administration (Minimum 3-5 Years)
Additional Information
Bonus points if: Formal commercial loan credit training and credit analysis is preferred. Most have or willing to acquire a Real Estate Salespersons License on us. Bachelor's degree: Finance, Accounting or Economics. On-going company training provided. Income is solely commission driven ($150,000 yr.). Some commissions paid up front.
