JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Campus President oversees all campus operations including all departments. The Campus President provides operational expertise and solid business acumen to improve processes and achieve exceptional student outcomes. As a member of the leadership team, the Campus President collaborates closely with other members of the team on policy making and ensuring the College's vision, mission, and core values are foundational elements in guiding decision-making and actions.
Oversees all of the campus’ functions, including the effective instruction, delivery of the curriculum and student satisfaction. Manages 6 Campus Department Directors - Admissions, Academics, Financial Aid, Graduate Placement, Student Services & Registrar.
Act as a visible ambassador for the College, who actively promotes collaboration with an array of campus and community partners.
Recruits, supervises, develops, and directs a professional staff, to ensure curricula are current and consistently delivered in an environment and manner conducive to learning.
Manages personnel, budget, and other resources with accountability and efficiency with a focus on high employee satisfaction.
Ensures the Nursing program operations are conducted in compliance with applicable state, federal, and local laws, regulations and ordinances, and within standards of ACEN & CCNE accreditation.
Actively participates in program evaluation and the systematic plan for curriculum design.
Promotes student success and satisfaction by advising and counseling students; facilitates communication and maintaining satisfactory relationships between students and faculty members.
Serves on a variety of committees and chairs the monthly meetings of the nursing faculty.
Serves as the ABHES program director and is the designated campus leader representing the campus.
Cultivates a student-centric culture that is aligned with the college’s mission, vision, purpose, and values. Promotes effective communication and collaboration across all departments on the campus.
Oversees the Intrusive Advising Program and closely monitors the performance and outcomes of the Student Success Coaches.
Coordinates the creation of social committees to develop campus events and serves as the campus liaison to Marketing regarding announcements for all campus activities including commencements, Welcome Week events, graduation, Advancement ceremony, and all non-recruitment campus activities. Develops the campus newsletter, with input from campus contributors monthly.
Manages the space planning for student and faculty areas, parking, security, emergency response, business continuity, maintenance, the facilities budget, and furniture/supply orders. Ensures that the campus facility provides an environment conducive to learning.
Maintains records, including grievances and security reports, for accreditation purposes
REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's degree is required. Graduate/terminal degree strongly preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of current experience as Campus President of a for-profit college.
Knowledge of nursing programs strongly preferred.
Computer literacy with Canvas, Microsoft Office Suite, Google Apps, and the Internet.
Effective leadership, managerial, and supervisory skills.
Ability to work with a diverse student population.
Must be an excellent and active listener, consistent, reflective and self-aware.
Possess a professional and collaborative demeanor.
