Join our team as a Production Worker at Dogberry Collections and help us create high-quality fireplace mantels, barn doors, and window shutters! You will be involved in various tasks such as cutting, sanding, packaging, labelling, and sorting products. You don't need to have previous experience with power tools, woodworking, or computers, but it would be an advantage.Our work schedule is 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM. We respect your personal time and we don't ask you to work on weekends or company-observed holidays.Your starting wage is $12.50 per hour. To succeed in this role, you will need to:- Cooperate with and support your supervisors in all operations.

- Work efficiently and effectively to keep up with the production flow.
- Demonstrate leadership skills; work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with managers and team members.
