This leadership role involves partnering with multiple practice brands as they continue expanding throughout the Northeast and Midwest.
Position Overview
The Director of Clinic Operations will lead a regional team and manage the operational and financial success of dental practices across various regions. Reporting directly to the Chief Clinical and Operations Officer, this role is pivotal in ensuring excellence in patient care and practice performance. The Director will work closely with clinical leaders to implement strategies that align operational goals with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and mentor a team of Regional Managers to execute operational strategies and meet performance goals across multiple regions.
• Oversee financial performance, identifying growth opportunities and developing strategies to improve practice efficiency and profitability.
• Collaborate with clinical leadership to align operational activities with clinical goals, ensuring successful financial and operational outcomes.
• Drive workforce planning and retention initiatives, ensuring that practices are well-staffed and prioritize delivering an exceptional patient experience.
• Foster strong collaboration between doctors and staff, cultivating a culture of teamwork, excellence, and continuous improvement.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor compliance with organizational policies and ensure the successful execution of company initiatives.
