Crosby Wealth Advisors, a private wealth advisory practice of Ameriprise Financial Services, LLC is seeking a full-time or part-time Client Service Specialist/ Receptionist in Anchorage, AK.

As a Client Service Specialist/Receptionist, you will help provide client relationship support through interacting directly with clients to ensure accurate account set up, answering client questions, coordinating/tracking projects and CRM systems and manage client task workflow with an emphasis on creating and delivering a unique client experience. This position requires that you possess the following skills:
- Possess a high level of organization and superior attention to detail

- Excellent verbal & written communication skills with clients and other advisors/staff
- Ability to be self-sufficient at times with limited instructions
- Ability to multitask and accurately relay information to customers and team members
- Ability to adhere to rules and regulations as stated and required by Ameriprise Financial & FINRA
- Strong computer and software knowledge, including a high level of proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and CRM systems
- Mature individual to handle confidential and sensitive information

- Desire to work in a close-knit team environment and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Answering phones and directing calls to the appropriate planner/staff.
- Responsible for scheduling client appointments.
- Maintaining client management system for ongoing client contact
- Maintaining Client/Prospect records and CRM reporting
- Directly support tenured advisors and team to provide superior service to our clients
- Answer questions and provide information to clients as it relates to servicing their accounts
- Assisting with new client set up, account opening, processing money movements and account transfers
- Manage and resolve client service problems
- Client meeting follow up and managing/completing related tasks
- Greet clients and offer/deliver refreshments
- Keep coffee/drink area stocked and attractive for client use.
- Ordering office supplies when needed
- Sort all incoming mail and checks, log them as appropriate and then distribute to agents and staff.
- Assist with planning events and client gifting
- Miscellaneous responsibilities and assisting others in the practice

Educations and other qualifications:
- College degree or higher preferred
- 2-3 years of client service experience
- 2-3 years’ experience in the financial services industry preferred (not required)
