Responsibilities include design development through construction documents to construction supervision and job close out. Revit is used for concept drawings, schematic design, and effectively coordinating production work internally and with other project stakeholders. The candidate will possess 5-10 years of proven experience in all aspects of the architectural process, preferably with commercial, institutional, and adaptive reuse projects. The position requires knowledge and an understanding of AIA Construction Contracts and requirements, applicable codes, and schedule/budget monitoring. Must have an understanding of building materials, technology, and structures; and maintain open communication and strong client relationships. Must be able to evaluate cost and price proposals and provide recommendations to the Owner.
A proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, InDesign, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office Suite is required. Minimum Bachelor of Architecture required. License required. LEED AP preferred.
