Required Technical skills:
An Architectural or Engineering degree with a minimum of five years practicing architecture and/or engineering, including a basic understanding of materials and methods related to building construction.
Solid experience working in AutoCAD 2025
, Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
Experience executing all tasks required for residential projects; including zoning, design, construction documents, and structural design for wood framed construction. Deep understanding of structural elements, i.e., statics and strength of materials including the implementation of the structural components into the fabric of the design.
Nice to have:
Bachelors or Masters degree
Rhino, 3D Modeling & engineering programs
