Key Responsibilities
Collaboration and Policy Development
Work closely with the Chief Nursing Officer to develop and implement policies that align with our mission and vision.
Quality Enhancement
Lead performance improvement initiatives to elevate the quality of care provided to our patients.
Cross-Departmental Communication
Foster open communication and collaboration among departments to ensure the best patient care outcomes.
Cost Management
Identify cost improvement opportunities and manage expenses effectively.
Special Projects and Community Relations
Lead special projects and maintain relationships with healthcare providers and community stakeholders.
Nursing Staff Development
Support the professional growth of nursing staff through education and training programs.
Qualifications
We are seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in nursing
Licensed Registered Nurse in Massachusetts
Inpatient psychiatric experience
Minimum of 5 years of management experience in a hospital setting or direct patient care
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
