The CIO will spearhead IT and related evolution the growth & strategic direction of all IT related activity for the US. Annual sales exceed $200 million with over 150 employees and 3 locations. This role will provide technology related vision and leadership in the development, implementation, and management of the company’s information technology (IT) capabilities. Accountable for planning, implementing and maintaining enterprise information systems that enhance the company’s market position and cost efficiency. The position is responsible for directing information and data integrity of the enterprise and provide leadership in day-to-day operations of company’s IT resources including but not limited to Data centers, help desk, communication networks, website, financial accounting systems, enterprise systems and office productivity tools. Strategic Leadership for vision of best in class technology increasing efficiency, visibility, data, dash boards, metrics for business operations. In addition, will be a member of the Executive Committee evaluating and recommending both long term strategic initiatives and short-term tactical decisions for the organization. Will set the vision for and lead the IT related company evolution. Responsible for evaluating and building a team of IT professionals. Challenge is to evaluate and implement changes which enhance the capabilities for the organization and customer for rapid growth and improved profitability.
