Certified Nurse Anesthetist prepares prescribed solutions and administers anesthetic following specified methods and procedures. Informs physician of patient's condition during anesthesia. Being a Certified Nurse Anesthetist performs pre- and post-anesthesia patient visits and documents anesthesia notes on patient records. Requires a master's degree. Additionally, Certified Nurse Anesthetist requires Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA). Requires Registered Nurse (RN). Requires Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS). Typically reports to a manager. Certified Nurse Anesthetist's years of experience requirement may be unspecified. Certification and/or licensing in the position's specialty is the main requirement. Schedule: Call is 1:6 with work on a day after call only if needed. If the CRNA has to work, you are paid $1769.23 for that day. If the CRNA has to work more than 1:7 for whatever reason, you would also get the $1769.23 in addition to your base.
Compensation: Base Salary $252,000 , Sign-On Bonus, and an annual $8,000 retention bonus. Maximum salary: $350,000

- Relocation allowance, Loan repayment up to $50,000
- 1 week CME paid off plus $5,000 CME yearly
- PTO, 6 weeks
- Yearly $20,000 student loan payment
- 403(b) and 457(b) deferred compensation
- Must be licensed by NH Board of Nursing as CRNA.
- Successful completion of nurse anesthesia educational program accredited by the American Association of Nurse Anesthetist (AANA), the Council on Accreditation of Nurse Anesthesia Educational Programs (CANAEP) or its predecessor or successor agency.
- Must possess certification as a CRNA by the Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists (CCNA) or re-certification by the Council or its predecessor or successor agency.
