SUMMARY
Supports the Branch Network and Commercial Department as a Cash Management Support Representative with primary focus on cash management services. cash management support, such as:
- Account reconcilement services.
- ACH cash concentration services.
- Business credit card services.
And be a contact person for internal and external clients regarding these services.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Client Service
- Ability to interact (in person, phone, and electronic communication) with the public well and to deal effectively with their questions or problems.
- Knows the Bank’s products and services thoroughly and seeks out opportunities to explain, promote, or sell products/services.
- Continuously demonstrates a helpful, friendly attitude and is committed to providing excellent client service.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, employees, and officials in other departments.
- Ability to deal effectively with businesses, answer their questions and assist with issues or problems as they arise.
- Serves as a model of excellent client service to other employees.
- Handles client complaints or questions and refers them to the appropriate party to remedy the situation.
- Works directly with business clients remotely or at their location to configure various cash management services.
- Ability to work with business accountholders in determining services needed in the cash management space.
Commercial Cash Management Support
- Provide timely response to all client inquires as a highest priority.
- Attend the weekly Commercial Team meeting as requested, to assist the Commercial Team with their business client’s needs.
- Participate in client and prospect sales calls with the sale lead as a cash management subject matter expert.
- Maintain an Excel® spreadsheet tracking the current cash management services pipeline.
- Assist Mortgage, Commercial, and Retail divisions on cash management Inquiries.
- Set up and maintain business cash management services and users through several vendor supported mitigation tools.
- Other duties that may be assigned by management.
SECURITY
- Maintains neat and orderly work area and ensures that all negotiable and confidential records (physical and digital) are properly secured at all times.
- Understands role in case of disaster or robbery, whether victim or bystander, and knows proper post-robbery procedures.
- Professional appearance that evokes the client’s trust.
- Adheres to all bank policies and procedures and to internal controls and system access restrictions.

- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with department co-workers and employees and officers in other departments.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with the cash management business online banking clients.

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Associates or Bachelor’s degree or at least 2-3 years of business support experience.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
- Position requires a person with a pleasant and professional personality who has excellent client service skills, has good organizational skills, and has good time management skills.
