Position: Accountant - Cash Management

Job Description:

The Cash Manager will report to the Chief Financial Officer and Director of Finance. We are seeking a self-motivated individual with the ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines effectively, both as a team member and independently.

Responsibilities:

• Complete all cash management set-up documentation for new and existing department processes.
• Timely reconcile cash application and disbursements.
• Assist syndicates in navigating the company’s platform and analyze their portfolios.
• Process ACH and wire transfers.
• Support the controller in month-end preparations, including reviewing and analyzing data and discrepancies.
• Manage accounts payable.
• Generate letters for customers (payoff letter, zero balance letter, etc.).
• Assist customers daily by responding to emails.
• Protect the organization's value by maintaining confidentiality.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated strong attention to detail.
• Excellent Excel skills.
• Ability to work independently with good judgment while ensuring management is informed of important decisions.
• Ability to handle multiple projects with shifting deadlines and strong attention to detail.
• Flexibility to meet the operational needs of the business.
• Ability to organize and prioritize work assignments.
• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).

Requirements:

• 3 years of work experience.
• Undergraduate degree in Accounting or related major.
