This executive role reports to the Chairman of the Board and will be instrumental in driving business success, operational efficiency, and long-term strategic goals.

LOCATION - Headquartered in the Southeast, the CEO is expected to be present and onsite daily.

FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES - The CEO will lead the organization with integrity, upholding its core values. Collaborating closely with the Chairman of the Board and the executive leadership team, the CEO will be responsible for developing and overseeing all P&L activities, including creating annual business plans, sales forecasts, and budgets. Additionally, the CEO will be held accountable for the company’s 5-year strategic growth plan and long-term goals.
Key responsibilities include driving financial performance by ensuring revenue growth, profitability, and effective risk management. The CEO will also play a pivotal role in hiring key leadership positions and managing core functions, including Finance, Production, and Sales & Marketing to ensure the company's financial objectives are met.
PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS The ideal candidate will have 10 years of progressive leadership experience in a manufacturing environment. They will possess advanced financial acumen, a growth-oriented mindset, and excellent analytical skills to support data-driven decision-making. A strong track record in strategic planning, technical expertise, and full P&L responsibility is essential.
