What will you do?

• Guide the homeowner through the project and preparing for installation.
• Own the entire installation process from start to finish.
• Operate with a customer centric focus, providing an exceptional customer experience.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

What will you need?

• Proven experience in carpet installation.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
• Ability to work independently and manage projects efficiently.
• Workman's comp and liability insurance required.
• Minimum (2) person crew and (2) years of flooring installation experience
• Hard surface opportunities available as well

Job Type: Full-time

• Paid weekly

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Year round work

Experience:

• Flooring installation: 2 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• Workman (Preferred)
