POSITION SUMMARY
The position of Technology Support Assistant requires an individual who possesses the unique
combination of attributes that include high level technology skills combined with strong interpersonal
abilities. Requirements of this job focus on providing training and support for instructional and
administrative technology usage as well as troubleshooting and reconciling hardware and software
issues. This individual must possess an in-depth knowledge of technology and its successful integration
into the educational learning process. High levels of communication and organizational skills are
required, along with an exceptional knowledge level of Internet research, Office programs, and
Windows OS. A valid and current driver’s license is necessary as district travel is required.
