**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outside Sales Manager to join and grow our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling merchant services and related products or services to new and existing business customers.

**Responsibilities:**

- Increase Revenue by growing customer base

- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers

- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media

- Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their needs and concerns

- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services

- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections

- Train/ collaborate with new and existing team members to achieve better results

**Skills:**

- Proven experience in account management, sales, or related field

- Strong communication skill to be able to efficiently communicate information to agents and clients

- Ability to negotiate and close sales successfully

- Familiarity with CRM software

- Ability to think independently and work in a team environment
