Campus Security Director directs and implements security and safety policies and procedures on campus. Manages the work activities of campus police and patrol units. Being a Campus Security Director requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a senior institutional officer. The Campus Security Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function. To be a Campus Security Director typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience. Director Of Campus Facilities Customer Service Requirements- Utilize data collection to manage the budget process
- Develop and analyze metrics to measure performance as well as analyze customer feedback
- Develop and implement QA/QC responsibilities with Senior Leadership Team in FO&M
- Implement and maintain a communication plan for customers
- Develop, review and update Service Level Agreements, maintenance schedules, and inventory processes,
- Demonstrates a commitment to diversity, inclusion, and cultural awareness through actions, interactions, and communications with others
- Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience
- 15 years of experience in customer service, resource management and data analytics
- 10 years of facilities management and supervisory experience
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with diverse College constituencies
- Knowledge of building construction and maintenance practices
