Cafeteria Manager manages an on site company cafeteria. Oversees operations including ordering, inventory, meal planning, food preparation, and service. Being a Cafeteria Manager ensures operations are in compliance with all food safety and sanitation regulations. Manages and trains cafeteria staff. Additionally, Cafeteria Manager may require an associate degree or its equivalent. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Cafeteria Manager supervises a small group of para-professional staff in an organization characterized by highly transactional or repetitive processes. Contributes to the development of processes and procedures. Thorough knowledge of functional area under supervision. As a Cook you must be reliably and accurately compose dishes to recipe specifications and Guest Assistants that will demonstrate great hospitality to all our Guests.
As a Dishwasher you must maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and emptying trash bins
Follow proper food safety procedures to ensure the safety of our customers and staff
Willingness to learn and take direction from senior kitchen staff
Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds)
You must be able to learn and adapt to systems and procedures used in food preparation, customer service, as well as motivating fellow Team Members to provide excellent customer service and great food to all our Guests.
