The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through identifying new business opportunities in Real Estate, building and maintaining client relationships with older leads, and contributing to the appointment setting process.
Duties:
- Identify new business opportunities and assigning to a Acquisitions Agent for review.
- Reschedule missed appointments and build relationships with the sellers.
- Collaborate with the sales team to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets.
- Utilize CRM and in house tools to set Acquisitions Agents up for success.
- Negotiate availability of our clients for Acquisitions to close the deals.
- Utilize software tools, including RESimpli, to track progress and analyze data for informed decision-making.
-Making outbound calls / taking inbound overflow calls.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma.
- 2 years experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
- 1 year of Real Estate experience perferred, but not needed
- Good Understanding of sales processes and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to negotiate effectively and set appointments.
- Proficiency in utilizing CRM's for data analysis and reporting.
