Overview
The SAP Business Analyst - SuccessFactors plays a crucial role in leveraging SAP SuccessFactors modules to drive business process improvements and optimize the use of the system. This role is integral in ensuring that the organization's HR and talent management processes are fully supported by the SAP SuccessFactors suite, contributing to overall business success and employee satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements for SuccessFactors modules.
- Configure and customize SAP SuccessFactors modules to meet business needs.
- Lead system testing and support end-user training for SuccessFactors implementations.
- Develop and maintain system documentation and training materials.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on SAP SuccessFactors.
- Proficiency in configuring and customizing various SAP SuccessFactors modules.
- Experience in leading and supporting end-to-end implementation projects for SuccessFactors.
- Strong understanding of HR and talent management processes and best practices.
- Ability to analyze complex data sets and generate meaningful insights using SuccessFactors reports and analytics tools.
- Knowledge of system integration principles and best practices, especially with SAP ERP systems.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Certification in SAP SuccessFactors is a plus.
- Experience in troubleshooting and providing support for SuccessFactors system issues.
