We are seeking a friendly and organized Host/Host to join our team. The Host/Host will be the first point of contact for guests, providing a welcoming and positive experience.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests as they arrive and thank them as they leave
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements
- Answer phone calls and take reservations
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized reception area
- Communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Provide excellent guest services
- Collaborate with servers to ensure efficient service
Skills:
- Proficiency in Point of Sale (POS) systems
- Excellent phone etiquette
- Strong guest services skills
- Exceptional customer service abilities

- Familiarity with Aloha POS is a plus

- Previous experience in food service is beneficial
