Who We're Looking For- Calculate and process disbursement calculations for assigned carriers
- Follow up with carriers regarding disbursements structure
- Reconciliation and issuing of disbursement statements
- Reconciliation of deposits
- Basic research and error resolution
- Providing email support relating to disbursements
- Research, audits, and reporting projects as assigned
- Research and respond to broker inquiries either telephonic or centralized e-mail.
- Review applied premium exceptions and process suspended payment transactions.
- Build and implement disbursement contracts and schedules
In a secure, quiet location with high speed, reliable internet either remotely or in our Wyomissing Office. This position is on a flexible hybrid work schedule.

- Proven ability to communicate bilingually (English/Spanish) via telephone and written correspondence with an enthusiastic and courteous demeanor.
- Stellar people & listening skills.
- Proven reliability, problem solving skills, and ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient typing skills with minimal error count.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must have ability to interpret and apply provisions of the manuals, SPDs, medical terminology and insurance claims.
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum of 2 years’ experience managing complex carrier commissions in the insurance industry.
