Breast Center Manager manages the day-to-day operations of one or more mammography clinics. Responsibilities may include staffing, training, scheduling, budgeting, and marketing for the clinic(s). Being a Breast Center Manager may require a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Typically reports to a director. The Breast Center Manager supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. Position Overview :
Competently performs routine and specialized sonography procedures of moderate complexity to produce quality images to physicians and other health care providers for the diagnosis, treatment, monitoring and prevention of injury or disease.
Works independently, exercising sound judgment, and executing developed clinical skills on challenging diagnostic procedures and situations to deliver accurate results in a timely manner.
Gains confidence and cooperation from the patient, their family / support group, and other healthcare providers through competent patient assessment, attentive monitoring, and effective communication.
Adheres to all local / state / federal regulations, codes, policies and procedures to ensure privacy and safety while delivering optimal patient care.
May also be responsible for performing specific procedures and / or orient other staff to the department.

Pay Range is $52.91 to $66.13 / hour. Sonographer II Pay Range is $55.55 to $69.44 / hour. Sonographer III Pay Range is $61.25 to $76.56 / hour.
The salary range for this role may vary above or below the posted range as determined by location. This range has not been adjusted for any specific geographic differential applicable by area where the position may be filled.
Compensation takes into account several factors including but not limited to a candidate’s experience, education, skills, licensure and certifications, department equity, training and organizational needs.
