Full Time Position: Inventory Manager

Schedule: Tuesday – Saturday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (30-minute to 1 hour unpaid lunch break)
Hourly Pay: $25-$30 DOE Monthly Bonuses
-Key Responsibilities-
Inventory Oversight:
-Manage all incoming and outgoing inventory, ensuring accurate records and organization.
-Maintain proper documentation for vehicles and parts inventory.
Coordination with Mechanics:
-Work directly with our in-house mechanic and coordinate repairs with the manager and the mechanic.
-Partner with local mechanic shops for additional repair needs and services, create appointments for vehicles and ensure deadlines are met.
Vehicle Appraisals & Diagnostics:
-Assist in diagnosing and appraising trade-ins and incoming inventory.
-Evaluate vehicle condition, market value, and repair needs.
Customer Interaction:
-Provide exceptional customer service to clients in person and online.
-Collaborate with the sales and finance team to meet customer needs efficiently.
Facilitating Sales & Finance:
-Prioritize facilitating sales and financing processes with our finance team.
-Complete necessary documentation with customers during transactions.
-Ensure all required documentation is acquired, accurate, and submitted promptly.
Team Collaboration:
-Work closely with the sales and service departments to ensure smooth operations.
-Facilitate clear communication across teams and the owner.
Administrative Duties:
-Utilize advanced computer skills to manage inventory databases and reporting systems.
-Track and analyze inventory trends to optimize operations.
Qualifications:
-Previous experience in an auto dealership setting (inventory management or sales preferred).
-Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
-Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both online and in person.
-Proficient in computer applications and dealership management software.
-A proactive, team-oriented mindset with attention to detail.
-Respectful and positive attitude when interacting with customers and team members
-Clean driving record and a valid driver's license.
