Location: Charlotte, NC – 4 times a week onsite
Contract Length: 3 month contract to hire

Day to Day Responsibilities/project specifics: This team is responsible for the backend configuration of device and service promotions as offered by this company. Specific offers and promotions may come from the business or from manufacturers, and sometimes they are anticipated and sometimes they are not. From receipt of offer/promo, this billing analyst will own the project including utilizing the information from the documents gathered and inputting specifics into the system. Analytical capabilities are required in the form of data validation and solutioning when incomplete or improper data are available. From there, the analyst may need to talk about their solution on calls as the solution will then go into testing, etc. to ensure proper interaction when the customer has access. This is a fast-paced role with a learning curve involved – ideal candidates will be ready to work hard, challenged and make a difference.
