Summary
Support overall mission of Valve Department. Ensure customer's units follow proper United Radio procedures.
Full Time Monday - Friday hours are 7:30am-4:00pm
Responsibilities: Accurately enter information in computer system as it relates to the repair process as needed, disassemble unit and replace components and reassemble unit as needed, return to the consumer a working unit that is structurally sound, free of safety hazards and in as good or better condition than which it was received, Return to the consumer the same model and number of components they sent in, Educate consumers on user-generated problems encountered during the repair of their components by including appropriate literature with repairs, Clean, wrap, and label product to be shipped as needed, Ensure that work area is clean and neat, Comply with United Radio's policies and procedures, and quality systems, Related duties as requested.
