Position Summary:

We are seeking a mid-level technician to join our team. This person should have experience with water meters and appurtenances such as spool, valves, etc. The role will be working with our operation and maintenance test benches for production and product validation.

Position Responsibilities:

· Perform production tests according to work instructions

· Perform validation tests per engineering/quality personnel guidelines

· Inspect and test customer returns for warranty disposition

· Perform regular maintenance on test bench components

· Clean and organize area daily

· Follow all safety regulations

· Perform other related duties as assigned or directed to meet the goals and objectives of the department and the organization

· Regularly lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.

Candidate Requirements

· Experience with water meters such as installation, repair or testing.

· Ability to build/assembly water meter assemblies

· High school diploma or equivalent

· Ability for fast-paced, dexterous work

· Ability to use all standard office equipment including personal computers and Microsoft Office products – basic data entry

· Communicate effectively (both oral and written)

· Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively on a team

· Strong attention to detail
